Idaho’s most award-winning weekly newspaper. Assumed full
responsibilities of editor-in-chief in editor’s absence, up to a month
at a time. Edited news, features and editorials for content and
grammar. Assisted with personnel issues including hiring and resource
management. Conducted writing workshops with staff reporters. The
newspaper’s “go to” writer for investigative and/or sensitive topics.

journalists by being chosen for nine months of study at University of
Colorado. Mastered policy-related subjects in water law, public land
law and natural resources law at the University of Colorado School of
